Big Government
Government regulation is crushing Rural America. People in the East who have almost no direct knowledge of Rural America, and have never worked the land, think they are smarter and better qualified to make all decisions.
Government regulation has become so extensive that every person, business, and government entity is centrally controlled in a fashion more characteristic of a Communist nation than one built on the ideals of Liberty. One portion of the population (government employees) is being used to control the rest of the population, and given special medical and retirement benefits to insure their loyalty to the governments that employ them, and to the policies established at the top of the pyramid.

Judicial Corruption
The Constitution does not give the federal government ― much less the Executive branch’s agencies ― control over State lands, except as those States specially agree to, and then only for the limited purposes authorized by the Constitution. Where, then, does the federal government derive its power over our lands? By unilaterally giving itself more power, with the support of the Supreme Court.
One of the most important Supreme Court decisions in this regard was decided June 25, 1984 while Ronald Reagan was President. The case is called Chevron USA v. Natural Resources Defense Council, 467 U.S. 837. Click here for a copy of the decision and Cass Sunstein’s related essay.
In effect, the Supreme Court ruled the President can determine the “law” (through the Executive’s myriad agencies) and the “law” is flexible, subject to the whims of each administration. Presidents can make up the law as they see fit. Presidents are monarchs, in effect.
Nowhere is this more visible than in environmental matters, where agencies are using politically-motivated interpretations of the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Protect Act, and similar legislation to shred the Constitution, prior established legislation, property rights, unalienable personal rights, people, communities, and our natural resources.
It is now clear why Cass Sunstein was appointed Obama’s regulatory czar. Sunstein is undoubtably injecting the agencies with his monarchal ideologies, which explains the recent and radical tendencies of these agencies to disregard Constitutional limitations, due process, and property rights.

•U.S. Supreme Court decision 467US837. This decision permits the President to interpret the law, and change it from one administration to the next. It is an unconstitutional delegation of power, and an unconstitutional change to the Constitution made without the required consent of the People.
