Siskiyou County
Siskiyou County is ground zero in the battle to Defend Rural America. Big Government and Big Money want to destroy four hydro-electric dams. Far more is at stake than just those dams, however. The best way to learn about this battle is to watch the documentary film below. The full-length version is available on DVD.

Alternatives Ignored
Jerry Bacigalupi, a retired construction engineer, purchased a ranch in Siskiyou County to fulfill a lifelong dream. His thoughts of a peaceful life, however, have been shattered by government intervention. He and Harry Lake, a surveyor, came up with common-sense, low-cost alternatives to get the Coho salmon upstream without blowing up the dams. Government, however, has refused to adopt any alternative other than dam destruction.

Agenda 21
Anthony Intiso is a member of the Siskiyou County Water Users Association (SCWUA). After participating in years of debate, he concluded the decision to remove the dams is not about truth, science, logic, or even what’s best for the Coho salmon. Rather, it is part of an agenda to radically change the world ... the United Nations Agenda for the 21st Century.
