  2. Tom Fyler is a retired California Fish & Game employee, where he helped build dams and worked as a fish and wildlife technician. He is intimately familiar with the Klamath River, Coho salmon, and the Iron Gate Fish Hatchery where he worked from 1995 until 2009. He offers frank and informed insight into the debate regarding removal of the dams and the hatchery.

  2. Jerry Bacigalupi, a retired construction engineer, purchased a ranch in Siskiyou County to fulfill a lifelong dream. His thoughts of a peaceful life, however, have been shattered by government intervention. He and Harry Lake, a surveyor, came up with common-sense, low-cost alternatives to get the Coho salmon upstream without blowing up the dams. Government, however, has refused to adopt any alternative other than dam destruction.

From 1963 on, he has been extensively involved in the Grange, serving numerous positions including California State Grange president from 2001-2003. Leo remains actively involved in property rights, water rights, and the Endangered Species Act. He was instrumental in SCUWA’s formation.
